We built Doastly because we couldn’t find a platform that reflected how real pet care actually works.
Most software forces you to compromise. MoeGo is strictly grooming. Groomer.io is a basic scheduler with a website builder added on. DaySmart feels stuck in 2019. None of them handle the reality of a modern, multi service facility, or what pets and their families actually need from the experience.
We wanted grooming, boarding, daycare, mobile vans, and retail all sharing one unified customer and pet profile, one common booking interface, one consolidated payment experience, one centralized vaccine record, digitally signed compliance documents completed before intake, and one staff schedule tied directly to payroll integrations. We wanted real AI that helps salons make the right service recommendations, puts pet histories right at their fingertips, and provides conversational AI that actually answers the phone. And we wanted all of this without software companies holding payout money or taking a cut of payment processing fees.
More than that, we wanted to raise the standard of care.
That means reducing stressful kennel time by sending real time notifications the second a pet is ready for pickup, and giving families better visibility into their pet’s health, hygiene, and behavior after every visit.
Nobody was building software centered on both operational freedom and the wellbeing of the pet.
So we did.
